Payment
We gladly accept the following payment methods.

1. Credit Card
   We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All transfer of your payment information, including credit card handling, is done through a secure server using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. SSL is the industry-standard security protocol and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. We will only debit your account for the sum of the articles ordered once we dispatch them.
   There is no additional fee for choosing this payment option.

2. Bank Transfer / Cheque (advance payment)
   There is no additional fee for choosing this payment option.

3. PayPal
   After placing your order and choosing "PayPal" as your payment type, you will receive an order summary email and a second email with your payment amount. You follow the link in the second email to the PayPal site to make the payment. Please note that all customers using this payment option must have a valid PayPal account. Customers who do not already have a valid PayPal account can create one free of charge here.
   There is no additional fee for using this payment option.

4. C.O.D.
   Cash on delivery shipment outside Germany is not possible for certain items (bulk goods). We are happy to provide you with more information.
   An additional fee of EUR 9,00 will be charged to shipping costs, if the payment is made by C.O.D.

Delivery Time
Delivery time is made up of the time we need to dispatch the articles (dispatch time) and shipping time:
Once we receive your order, we pass the shipment on to our logistics provider within the designated dispatch time. Please allow up to 2 working days dispatch time for articles that we have in stock.
Shipping time depends on the destination of the shipment: allow up to 3 working days within Germany; up to 5 working days within Europe; and up to 10 working days outside of Europe.

To be on the safe side, please reckon with slightly longer delivery times during the pre-Christmas period.

Please note: the logistics provider is responsible for the shipment of articles, therefore we cannot accept any liability if delivery does not occur within the time period stated above.
